If you sign up and pay for a class but are not able to attend please contact us as soon as possible. Because many of our classes run only when they have met enrollment minimums we count on each attendee. If you find that you cannot attend the course please notify us 2 days in advance so we may determine whether our classes have met the minimum class size to run. In this you will receive a 100% refund.
If we receive less than a 2-day notice you may choose between an 80% refund or a voucher in the amount paid for a future class. There will be no refunds for classes that have already started. In the event your payment was made by credit card or PayPal account via the website you will be assesed a 5% processing charge on refunds even if they are requested with a 2-day notice. This is to cover the charges that Lisbon Adult & Community Education incurs for the services of accepting these forms of payment.
For classes that specifiy a deposit is required the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If LACE initiates a cancellation at any time for any reason, registered participants will received a 100% refund on all fees paid.
